Originally created in Japan, delicious Fuji Apples only recently came to be cultivated in North America. In just a couple of decades, the Fuji apple has risen to be the favorite local apple in the United States. Fuji Apples have the rich deep color, firmness and juice of the Red Delicious and the delightful flavor of the original Ralls Janet apple.

Fuji apples are perfect for eating as a freshly washed fruit, cut up in salads, or for use with cooking any dish where you want the apple flesh to stay firm.  In other words, they are excellent for pies and sauces.
